Choosing a management type


Decide whether you want to go for a “full property management”, a “tenant find only” service or chose form our “pick and mix’ service. Choose the one that works best for you. If you want to manage your property yourself, be sure you understand your paperwork!

Getting your property ready

Ashworth Home Services can send a handyman to make sure your property is safe and remove anything you don’t want responsibility for, a painter or decorator to paint throughout, an electrician to carry out an EPC, a plumber to check gas safety, and a landscaper or gardener to present the garden in a way you’d like it to be given back. Referencing applicants

We obtain copy of applicants ID and proof of earnings, credit checks are carried out along with references from employer and current landlord if applicable, right to rent checks are carried out, full guarantor checks carried out if applicable. Once the tenant referencing is completed its time to create the relevant paperwork, be sure this is done correctly, this avoids problems further down the line!
